I've made so many weight loss goals as New Year's resolutions from over the years. But I've never quite stuck with them or been able to keep all of the weight I've lost off over time. My weight has fluctuated so much and I'm tired of it. I want to lose the weight and keep it off by living a healthy lifestyle. That's my goal for the New Year and I'm doing lots of research so that I can stick with it and follow it through.
I've already started working out and I'm trying to find a way to really pump up my routine and make it effective. After that I decided to go and get fitted with some hearing aids to go along with my healthy new lifestyle.
I think that I have found some good moves for my workouts. Plus, I made sure to sign up for a gym that has a good variety of classes, which will keep me from getting too bored.
