I Imagine this was how it was in the beginning...

I came across an interesting documentary where a tribe is introduced to the "white man" for the first time ever! This video shows their encounter and reactions in great detail. It is an exciting look into what it, most likely, was like when people were migrating to different parts of the world.

After some research, I was able to determine the location of this video is Papua New Guinea.

Some good ideas!

Traveling for Work

Guest post written by my buddy Royce Heath

We recently contacted adt home security Leesburg and invested in a security system for our house. My husband works for the government and recently got a job that requires him to travel a good bit. Sometimes he is gone for an entire week.I feel safe knowing that if anything happens, I can hit the panic button and the police will be notified immediately. Having a security system also eases my husbands nerves when he has to be gone. He is always a bit apprehensive when he has to leave me for a few days but knowing that we have a security system in place helps. Last week he went to New York for an entire week. I was so glad to see him when he got home. He even brought me some souvenirs from a local street vendor in New York. Getting gifts is the best part of him having to travel. I now have magnets and teddy bears from 15 different cities in the United States. Next week he has to go San Fransisco but I am going with him this time.

Sticking with my weight loss goal for 2012

Guest post written by Lee Richmond

I've made so many weight loss goals as New Year's resolutions from over the years. But I've never quite stuck with them or been able to keep all of the weight I've lost off over time. My weight has fluctuated so much and I'm tired of it. I want to lose the weight and keep it off by living a healthy lifestyle. That's my goal for the New Year and I'm doing lots of research so that I can stick with it and follow it through.

I've already started working out and I'm trying to find a way to really pump up my routine and make it effective. While I was online looking up that stuff, I ran across the sitehttp://hearingaids.miracle-ear.com/ and read through it. After that I decided to go and get fitted with some hearing aids to go along with my healthy new lifestyle.

I think that I have found some good moves for my workouts. Plus, I made sure to sign up for a gym that has a good variety of classes, which will keep me from getting too bored.
